Job Description :Job Title: Structural Engineering LeadExperience: 11–20 YearsQualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Structural EngineeringIndustry: Power Plant / EPC / Oil & Gas / IndustrialKey Responsibilities- Lead structural engineering and design activities for Power Plant and EPC projects.- Design RCC, Structural Steel, Deep Foundations, Pipe Racks and Heavy Equipment Foundations.- Handle GTG, HRSG, STG and other equipment foundation designs.- Perform structural analysis, seismic and wind load calculations.- Review engineering deliverables, vendor calculations and technical documents.- Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients.Mandatory Skills- Advanced knowledge of STAAD.Pro and RISA-3D.- Strong RCC and Structural Steel design experience.- Power Plant / Combined Cycle Power Plant project experience.- Knowledge of ACI, AISC, ASCE, IBC, Eurocodes and IS Codes.- Previous experience as Lead Structural Engineer / PSE / Discipline Lead.- Strong team leadership and project management skills.Preferred: 15–20 years of relevant experience with Power Generation or Combined Cycle Power Plant projects.
