Job Description :Position Details:Experience: 5–6 YearsQualification: B.E. / B.Tech / MBA / PGDMLocation: Bangalore , Ahmedabad, RanchiKey Responsibilities:Drive lubricant sales and achieve business targets.Manage and expand distributor, dealer, and channel partner networks.Develop new business opportunities with transporters and industrial customers.Drive market development, demand generation, and customer retention.Monitor sales performance, competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.Build strong relationships with key accounts and channel partners.Sales experience in Lubricant companies/Oil & gas industryPreferred Experience: Lubricant sales, channel management, distributor development, and B2B sales within the Lubricants or Oil & Gas industry.Skills & Competencies• Leadership and communication skills • Negotiation skills • Focusing on Goals • Optimisation of available resources • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability • Working in different environment / culture • Self-motivated, Excellent interpersonal and Team building skills
