Job Description : Senior Electrical Engineer (Lead) Experience: 10–15 years Industry: Oil & Gas, Refinery, LNG, Petrochemical Key Responsibilities: Lead HV, MV, and LV electrical engineering design for Greenfield and Brownfield projects. Prepare and review SLDs, protection diagrams, load lists, design basis, specifications, data sheets, and electrical calculations (equipment, cable, lighting). Perform power system studies using ETAP/SKM; experience with SPEL is preferred. Develop cable tray, earthing, lighting, substation, and hazardous area layouts. Support procurement through MR, TQ, TBE, and vendor document reviews. Design switchyards (AIS/GIS), heat tracing, lightning protection, EMS/PMS, SCADA, and load shedding systems. Ensure compliance with IEC, NEC, ANSI/IEEE, and ANZ standards. Lead multidisciplinary coordination, quality assurance, safety compliance, and project execution. Manage and mentor a team of 7–10 engineers/designers and prepare engineering estimates. Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 10–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas, LNG, Refinery, or Petrochemical projects. Proven experience as a Lead Electrical Engineer managing engineering teams. Experience with major clients such as ADNOC, Qatar Energy, Saudi Aramco, Shell, Chevron, or other NOCs is preferred.
