Job Description :Domain: International BPO Designation: MIS Education: Minimum 12th pass Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant Experience LOCATION: Pune CTC UPTO 2.50 LACS PA JOB RESPONSIBILITY: • Create new report templates as per the requirement. • Collate reports from different queues and prepare dashboards • Automate reports to reduce man-hours spent on existing reports. • Prepare and publish weekly and monthly dashboards to management. • Manage database & prepare different report • Update centers on new changes in reports as and when introduced. • Regularly follow-up with centers on report completeness & accuracy. • Prepare Ad hoc reports based on the requirements from the stakeholders. • Has knowledge of Genesys dialer
