Job Description : Position Details Position: Purchase Executive – Indirect Procurement No. of Vacancies: 8 Location: Halol, Gujarat Experience: 3–6 Years Key Responsibilities Procurement of indirect materials such as bearings, valves, pneumatic items, steel items, structural steel, pipe fittings, drawing-based items, packaging materials, and maintenance consumables. Procurement of plant maintenance and utility-related services. Vendor development, RFQ management, techno-commercial evaluation, price negotiation, and purchase order processing. Coordination with Maintenance, Stores, Production, and Finance departments. Managing procurement transactions of approximately 15,000 line items per month. Ensuring timely availability of materials and services while driving cost-optimization initiatives.
