Job Description : The Offshore HVAC Engineer is responsible for delivering efficient, reliable, and compliant HVAC design solutions for offshore oil & gas facilities, supporting project execution and Worley’s commitment to safety and operational excellence. Design and develop HVAC systems for offshore platforms, FPSOs, and oil & gas facilities. Perform heat load calculations, duct sizing, ventilation design, and equipment selection. Prepare HVAC deliverables including datasheets, specifications, layouts, and calculation reports. Ensure designs comply with applicable standards such as ASHRAE, API, NFPA, ISO, and client requirements. Review vendor documents, technical bids, and drawings; provide necessary technical clarifications. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (process, piping, electrical, instrumentation) to ensure integrated system design. Support procurement, fabrication, testing, and commissioning activities. Participate in design reviews, HAZOP, and safety studies where applicable. Ensure timely delivery of engineering outputs within project schedule and budget. Apply lessons learned and support continuous improvement in design practices.
